Is AssistHub free? (Yes!)
Yes! AssistHub is completely free for everyone. Anyone can search for resources with or without creating an AssistHub account. There are some features that are only available if you create an account. See below to learn more about them.
How do I use AssistHub?
To receive a list of public benefits and resources that you may be eligible for, get started by answering a few multiple choice questions here. Based on your answers, our technology will generate a list of resources (My Resource Hub) that you may be eligible for.
You can browse your personalized Resource Hub and take immediate actions listed under each resource page. If you need more assistance, you can create an account and request virtual assistance from an AssistHub Coach!
What is My Resource Hub?
The “My Resource Hub” is a list of personalized resources generated based on your answers to the questionnaire. Each resource page will provide you with a checklist of actions you can take immediately. You can save and return to your Resource Hub anytime by creating an account!
Why should I sign up for an account?
By creating an account, you will be able to save and return to your Resource Hub anytime! Creating an account will also provide you with the ability to request additional assistance from an AssistHub Coach.
Why should I complete My Profile?
After creating your account, you can complete your Profile so that the AssistHub team can match you to more resources and better serve you. Thereafter, whenever you reach out to an AssistHub coach, we will be able to see your Profile information, helping to save time and get straight to assisting you with your needs.
How do I create an account?
In order to create an AssistHub account, you will first need to complete our questionnaire and generate your personalized list of resources. On your Resource Hub, click “Sign up to Save Results” to create your account!
You will need to provide your name and email address to create your account. Providing a phone number is optional.
How do I contact an AssistHub Coach?
You will first need to create an AssistHub account. After that, you can request additional assistance from an AssistHub Coach by submitting a “Request a Coach” form on your Resource Hub.

What is AssistHub?
AssistHub is a nonprofit organization that helps families build financial security by easing the path to public benefits through tech-enabled navigation and people-powered coaching. Our mission is to make economic opportunity possible for everyone by eliminating the barriers that keep people from accessing the resources to which they’re entitled.
How do people find out about AssistHub?
We meet people where they are. You can discover AssistHub through 211, search engines, and other places you trust including school, work, community-based organizations, family, and friends.
How does AssistHub help me?
Our tech-enabled platform assesses eligibility and advantage. When you reach AssistHub.org, you answer a few simple, multiple-choice questions that take 90 seconds or less to answer. Our platform will use your answers to generate the benefits and resources for which you may be eligible.
If you need further assistance such as with the public benefit application and enrollment processes, we offer virtual assistance, one-on-one coaching, video content, email templates, and phone call scripts.
Is AssistHub private and secure?
